The Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas is comprised of a work force of nearly 1,200 employees in the Civil, Criminal, Family and Orphans' Court divisions and the Judicial and District Judge divisions.

The Human Resources Office processes all personnel transactions and maintains a central database. All levels of assistance are provided to employees pertaining to benefits administration, employment policy and procedure as well as employee development through education and training. Expertise is provided in labor relations and contract administration.

Unless otherwise indicated in a job posting, individuals interested in employment must submit a Court of Common Pleas Employment Application to the address listed above.
