Administration | Authorized Access ID Card

Effective immediately, the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas will make available security identification access cards to attorneys licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Cardholders will be permitted access to the Allegheny County Family Law Center (FLC) via the "Authorized Persons" entrance located at 550 Fifth Avenue and the Allegheny County Courthouse via the entrance in the courtyard located on the Ross Street side. The Courthouse entrance will be open to employees and cardholders from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. daily. Beginning at 9:30 a.m. daily, this entrance will then be opened to the public.

These entrances are restricted to employees of the Fifth Judicial District and authorized cardholders. Persons accessing the FLC and Courthouse via these entrances must pass through security screening devices before entering the facility.

An initial fee of thirty dollars ($30) is required to cover application and identification card costs.
