You are hereby notified that Monday, November 1, 2010, is the last day to file Motions for Summary Judgment and Judgment on the Pleadings for listing on the Monday, December 13, 2010, General Argument and Equity Argument List. Motions will not be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 1, 2010.

Motions for Summary Judgment or Judgment on the Pleadings will not be accepted where the case appears on a published trial list, except by Leave of Court for cause shown.
