In accordance with State law, a juror summoned to serve shall receive compensation at the rate of $9.00 a day for the first three days of service and $25.00 a day for each day thereafter. In addition, jurors shall be compensated for mileage at the rate of 17¢ per mile. Jurors are paid at the conclusion of their service. Ordinarily, jurors who have completed their service prior to 4:00 p.m. will be provided a payment voucher. Jurors are to present the voucher to the Office of the County Treasurer, 106 Courthouse, 436 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA, to receive their compensation. Jurors completing service after 4:00 p.m. will receive their compensation from the Allegheny County Treasurer's Office by mail.
