The Housing Court Help Desk is tasked with assisting litigants involved with landlord/tenant appeals from magistrate district judge decisions in cases involving residential property. We are located on the 1st floor of the City-County Building inside the Department of Court Records – simply follow the signs for Housing Court Help Desk.

Due to the ongoing COVID 19 health crisis we are assisting clients remotely, and we encourage parties involved in Landlord Tenant actions to consult the website and utilize the forms available on the website when possible.

Acceptable Forms of Payment for all Filing Fees and Escrow Payments include: Cash, Money Order, Business Check (NO PERSONAL CHECKS), and Credit Card / Debit Card – 4% Service Fee.
