The Allegheny County Orphans’ Court Local Rules include every rule, administrative order, regulation, directive, and policy adopted by the Board of Judges and are written to guide and regulate the conduct of court business. Local rules shall be read in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Orphans’ Court Rules, as adopted by the Supreme Court, and are intended to be a comprehensive guide for practice in the Orphans’ Court.
Note: Certain rules of Judicial Administration are applicable to the Orphans’ Court.
