Attorneys who are requesting a scheduled date in front of the Judge may use the link below to obtain a Judicial Scheduling Request Form. Please review the items below before submitting a request:
- Motions may NOT be scheduled using this request process. Refer to the assigned Judge’s Standard Operating Procedure to schedule a motion.
- Proceedings involving child/spousal support (outside of the Divorce Process) must be scheduled through the Client Service Center.
- Proceedings in front of a Hearing Officer must be scheduled through the relevant department.
- An email will be sent to the email address entered to complete the next step of the online judicial scheduling request process. If a follow-up email is not received, contact the Adult Section Judicial Scheduling Department.
- Court staff, including Information Technology staff, are not able to assist external users with any troubleshooting or errors encountered during this process. If issues are encountered, contact the Adult Section Judicial Scheduling Department.
- Court staff will not provide legal advice regarding requests and submissions.
- Disruptions to networks and systems may occur at any time. If a disruption of services occurs, contact the Adult Section Judicial Scheduling Department.
- Submission of this form and/or subsequent online actions and communication does NOT guarantee that a case will be scheduled. A notification with the scheduling details will be sent only when all steps have been completed and reviewed.
- If the request is not accepted for judicial scheduling online, it does not constitute denial of access to justice. Should that occur, consult the appropriate department for more information, or contact the Adult Section Judicial Scheduling Department.
- Acceptance and scheduling of the proceeding does not grant any additional accommodations or requests to appear remotely
