It is strongly recommended PFA Plaintiffs obtain legal representation for the Final PFA Hearing.

Free legal representation

Information and applications for free legal representation for the Final PFA Hearing through Neighborhood Legal Service Association will be provided to Plaintiffs who are unrepresented by an attorney (pro se) following the Temporary PFA hearing.

Private legal representation

Plaintiffs may retain their private or divorce attorney to represent them at the Final PFA Hearing. If a Plaintiff does not have a lawyer, s/he may seek assistance from:
