2 Hour Complex Hearings

If your support action has been designated complex by Order of Court and directs a 2-hour Complex Support Hearing:

1. Email or mail a copy of the signed Order of Court, along with contact information (including email addresses) for all counsel or unrepresented parties to: AlleghenyComplexSupport@pacses.com

2. Pretrial Orders will be mailed to counsel/parties to the addresses on our PACSES support system.
3. Any requests for continuance of the 2-Hour Complex Support hearing will result in the requirement that a 3-hour Support Hearing being purchased before the Divorce Hearing Officer (DHO) at the cost of $250. The person requesting the continuance must pay the DHO’s Fees.  Fees to be delivered to the Divorce Docket Clerk at the Family Law Center, Room 400, 440 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
