- FILING: Complaint for Annulment must be properly filed at the Allegheny County Department of Court Records pursuant to the PA Rules of Civil Procedure.
- SERVICE and FILING PROOF OF SERVICE: Complaint for Annulment must be properly served by Original Process pursuant to the PA Rules of Civil Procedure and proof of service must be filed with the Allegheny County Department of Court Records.
- SCHEDULING OF ANNULMENT HEARING WITH THE ANNULMENT HEARING OFFICER: The moving party shall deliver a Praecipe for Hearing Date before the Annulment Hearing Officer to the Docket Clerk, Room 400, Allegheny County Family Court Facility, 440 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
- HEARING DATE, SERVICE and FILING FEE:
a. HEARING DATE: The Docket Clerk in Room 400 shall complete the bottom portion of the original Praecipe for Hearing Date before the Annulment Hearing Officer, scheduling this matter for a hearing.
i. Docket Clerk shall have the original Praecipe available for pick up by the moving party or shall mail back to the moving party the original.
b. SERVICE: The moving party shall serve a copy of the Praecipe for Hearing Date before the Annulment Hearing Officer on the opposing party/counsel.
c. FILING FEE: The moving party shall file the original Praecipe with the Allegheny County Department of Court Records and pay the appropriate filing fee with the Allegheny County Department of Court Records.
